Manuscript Submission

• Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format via the journal’s submission portal or designated email. Include all multimedia assets (figures, tables, videos) in high-resolution formats (.TIFF, .JPEG, .MP4).
• Cover Letter: Should outline the manuscript’s relevance to AI, VR, or human interaction, confirm originality, and state that it is not under review elsewhere.

Manuscript Structure

• Title Page: Include manuscript title, author details, institutional affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
• Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, key findings, and implications for intelligent systems or immersive technologies.
• Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to AI, VR, UX, or human-centered computing.
• Main Body: Organize into Introduction, Related Work, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
• References: Use APA or IEEE style, citing recent and relevant interdisciplinary literature.
• Tables & Figures: Clearly labeled and referenced in the text. Include captions and legends. Interactive media should be described and linked appropriately.

Ethics & Disclosure

• Ethics Statement: Required for studies involving human participants, virtual simulations, or biometric data. Include IRB or ethics committee approval.
• Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any affiliations, funding sources, or commercial interests that may influence the research.

Review Process

• Peer Review: Double-blind review by experts in AI, immersive technologies, and HCI. Initial feedback typically provided within four weeks.
• Revisions: Authors are expected to address reviewer comments and submit revised manuscripts within two weeks.
• Final Decision: Determined by the editorial board based on reviewer recommendations and manuscript quality.

Copyright & Open Access

• Copyright Transfer: Required upon acceptance. All articles are published under a Creative Commons license for open access distribution.
• Publication Fees: Standard fee is $499. Fee waivers or reductions may be granted for authors from underrepresented regions or with financial constraints.
