Guidelines for submitting manuscripts to Journal of Quantum Energy Physics & Dynamics (JQEPD)
Manuscript Submission
Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format via the journal’s online submission system or official email. All figures, tables, diagrams, equations, and supplementary materials must be high-resolution and properly labeled (.PNG, .JPEG, .PDF, .SVG preferred for figures and plots).
Cover Letter: Clearly state the manuscript’s contribution to quantum energy physics, quantum dynamics, or related fields, confirm originality, declare no prior or simultaneous submission elsewhere, and highlight its relevance to current advancements in quantum technologies and energy systems.
Data & Code Availability: Authors are strongly encouraged to deposit replication data, simulation code, quantum circuit files, numerical datasets, or experimental setups in public repositories (e.g., GitHub, Zenodo, OSF, arXiv, Figshare) and provide a permanent link or DOI for reproducibility.
Manuscript Structure
Title Page: Include a concise title, all author names & affiliations, ORCID iDs, corresponding author contact details (email & phone), and acknowledgments/funding information.
Abstract: 150–250 words clearly summarizing the research problem, methodology, key results, and implications for quantum energy physics and dynamics.
Main Body: Standard structure includes: Introduction, Theoretical Background, Methodology, Computational/Experimental Details, Results & Analysis, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Theoretical or review papers may use alternative structures.
References: Use IEEE, APA, or Harvard style consistently. Include DOIs for all references where available. Preprints and technical reports are acceptable if properly cited.
Equations, Figures & Tables: Number consecutively with clear captions. All mathematical derivations, quantum circuit diagrams, simulation plots, and experimental results must be clear and self-explanatory. Supplementary materials (code, datasets, videos) are highly encouraged.
Ethics & Disclosure
Ethical Standards: Authors must ensure research integrity, proper methodology, and compliance with ethical guidelines, especially when dealing with experimental quantum systems or high-energy setups.
Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships (e.g., with quantum technology companies, funding agencies, or equipment providers) that could influence the research.
Plagiarism & AI Disclosure: All submissions undergo plagiarism screening. Use of generative AI tools (for text, code generation, or data analysis) must be transparently declared in the Methods or Acknowledgments section.
Review Process
Peer Review: Double-blind peer review conducted by experts in quantum physics, quantum energy, quantum dynamics, quantum materials, and related disciplines.
Revisions: Authors are expected to address reviewer comments point-by-point within the stipulated timeframe (usually 4–8 weeks).
Final Decision: The Editorial Board makes the final decision based on scientific novelty, technical rigor, methodological soundness, reproducibility, and relevance to quantum energy physics and dynamics.
Copyright & Open Access
Copyright: Authors retain copyright and grant the journal non-exclusive publishing rights under a Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license (or equivalent open-access license).
Article Processing Charge (APC): USD 1109 upon acceptance. Waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income countries, early-career researchers, or special issues. Please contact the editorial office for details.
