Manuscript Submission

• Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word or LaTeX format via the journal’s submission portal or designated email. Include all figures, tables, and supplementary materials in high-resolution formats (.TIFF, .JPEG, .CSV, .PDF).
• Cover Letter: Should outline the manuscript’s relevance to quantum technologies, confirm originality, and state that it is not under review elsewhere.

Manuscript Structure

• Title Page: Include manuscript title, author names, institutional affiliations, and contact details for the corresponding author.
• Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing objectives, methodology, key findings, and implications for quantum research and applications.
• Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords relevant to quantum physics, computing, sensing, or interdisciplinary technologies.
• Main Body: Organize into Introduction, Background, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
• References: Use IEEE, APA, or journal-specific style. Cite recent and relevant literature from peer-reviewed sources.
• Tables & Figures: Clearly labeled and referenced in the text. Include descriptive captions and legends. Supplementary data should be linked or appended appropriately.

Ethics & Disclosure

• Ethics Statement: Required for studies involving human subjects, quantum-sensitive data, or proprietary technologies. Include approval from relevant ethics or regulatory bodies.
• Conflicts of Interest: Disclose any affiliations, funding sources, or commercial interests that may influence the research outcomes.

Review Process

• Peer Review: All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by experts in quantum technologies and related fields.
• Editorial Decision: Authors will receive feedback and editorial decisions within 4–6 weeks of submission.
• Revisions: Revised manuscripts must address reviewer comments and include a detailed response letter.

Copyright & Open Access

• Copyright Transfer: Required post-acceptance. Articles published under an open-access license for global availability.
• Publication Fees: Standard rate is $849. Waivers are available upon request for authors with financial need.
