Guidelines for submitting manuscripts to
International Journal of Political Science and Governance
Manuscript Submission
Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format via the journal’s submission portal or official email. Tables and figures must be embedded in the text and supplied separately if requested.
Cover Letter: Must describe the manuscript’s contribution to political science or governance studies and confirm that the work is original and not under review elsewhere.
Manuscript Structure
Title Page: Title, author names, affiliations, ORCID (if available), and corresponding author contact details.
Abstract: 150–250 words outlining objectives, methods, key findings, and policy or theoretical implications.
Keywords: 4–6 keywords relevant to political science, governance, or public policy.
Main Text: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Analysis/Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
References: Use APA or Chicago style consistently throughout the manuscript.
Tables & Figures: Numbered consecutively with clear titles and source acknowledgements.
Ethics & Disclosure
Ethical Considerations: Studies involving human participants, interviews, surveys, or sensitive political data must include an ethics statement.
Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose financial, institutional, or political interests that could influence the research.
Review Process
Peer Review: Double-blind peer review by subject experts in political science and governance.
Revisions: Revised manuscripts should be submitted within the timeframe specified by the editorial office.
Editorial Decision: Final acceptance is based on reviewer reports and editorial assessment.
